On Friday 5th February from 6.00 to 8.00 pm aMAZElab Creative Space will host the first meeting of Anna Lindh Foundation – Lombardia network, to which Connecting Cultures has been invited to take part. Focus of the forum will be the diffusion of creativity in the Euro-Mediterranean area.
On this occasion the architect Michele Capasso, president of the Fondazione Mediterraneo, will open the meeting.
Introduction by Claudia Zanfi (aMAZElab Director).

Order of the day:
1. To inform Anna Lindh members about scheduled events, especially related to the Barcelona Forum.
2. Events to promote Anna Lindh Foundation- Italian network during the Barcelona Forum
3. Other cultural promotions and proposals.

On this special occasion of Anna Lindh Foundation Lombardia network, aMAZElab proposes the sound installation by the artist Zafos  Xagoraris (Greece), involved in the public and territorial art project Going Public curated by Claudia Zanfi. Xagoraris has focused his research on urgent topics as the global problem of the border zones, of their mobility and the new geographies. Xagoraris work is based on the Cyprus border line situation, especially on the “ghost cities” case. In these sites, empty and desolated, the artist has collected different sounds and he returns them through a poetic installation dedicated to the Mediterranean sounds.
